Hoard Defender Green Dragon Trinket Box
A green dragon stands guard over Hoard Defender with a small battle axe gripped across its chest. Golden-toned horns and wing edges brighten the scales, while the darker shield-shaped box beneath gives the little creature something suitably precious to protect.
Standing approximately 10.4 cm tall, the hand-painted polyresin piece combines a fantasy dragon figurine with hidden storage. Lift away the removable lid to reveal a small keepsake compartment below, while dark brown, copper-like and metallic-looking details continue around the lower section with raised scrollwork and pointed motifs.

A Dragon Guarding Its Hoard
The idea of a dragon guarding treasure is one of fantasy’s most enduring images, and this little guardian leans into that tradition with a more playful scale. Rather than curling around a mound of gold, the dragon stands upright above the hidden compartment with its axe held ready.
The green colouring keeps the creature clear against the warmer brown box, while the golden-toned details around the horns and wings add a little richness without taking away from the darker shield beneath.
Hidden Storage Beneath the Shield
Lift the lid and the display piece becomes a practical hiding place for jewellery, crystals, tokens or other small keepsakes. Closed again, the storage disappears beneath the dragon and decorated shield, leaving the piece looking more like a miniature fantasy sculpture than a trinket box.
Hoard Defender belongs naturally amongst our Dragon Ornaments, while the concealed compartment connects directly with our Resin Boxes. For the matching colourway with a different weapon, the Hoard Defender Red Dragon Trinket Box makes the strongest companion piece, while Gargoyles, Grotesques and Horror continues the darker fantasy styling.
Display and care
Lift the removable lid from the solid lower section rather than the axe, dragon or wing tips. Keep the compartment dry and dust the raised scrollwork, scales and smaller details gently with a soft, dry brush.
