Returns and Refunds Policy (UK Only)
Weโre here to help if your items are damaged or you wish to cancel and return your order.
Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return Shipping Cost: Paid by the customer (unless the item is faulty or not as described).
Right to Cancel (UK Statutory Rights)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

We will refund the full cost of the item(s) and the standard delivery charge.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
This statutory right applies in addition to our 30-day return policy.
General Returns
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return items for a refund.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:

Have original tags and accessories included.

Be returned in their original packaging, in good saleable condition.

Show no visible signs of wear or use.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
We strongly recommend using a trackable postal or courier service.
Angel Dust is not responsible for items lost in transit without proof of postage or tracking.
Returned items remain your responsibility until they are in our possession.
We will charge a restocking fee of 10% of the item's original sale value (this does not apply where goods are returned under statutory cancellation rights).
Non-Returnable Items
Discounted or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged:

We will offer a refund or replacement, depending on availability and your preference.
Refund Timelines

Returns are inspected within 2โ4 business days of arrival.

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately.

It may take 5โ7 business days for funds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

We aim to respond to return queries within 1โ2 business days. This may take longer during busier periods โ thank you for your patience.
