Warden of the Crypt Green Dragon Box

A small green dragon curls across the roof of Warden of the Crypt, settled above a miniature gothic stronghold as though guarding whatever is hidden inside. Skull details line the battlements, while pointed windows and stone-effect walls give the lower half the look of a tiny crypt or fortress.

Standing approximately 12.5 cm tall, the hand-painted polyresin box has a removable lid opening onto a concealed keepsake compartment. Dark brown masonry and metallic-looking accents give the building a heavier, aged feel, while the brighter green dragon keeps the whole scene firmly rooted in fantasy.

  • Height: Approximately 12.5 cm
  • Material: Polyresin
  • Finish: Hand-painted
  • Design: Green dragon resting on a crypt-inspired gothic box
  • Details: Skull-lined battlements, pointed windows and stone-effect walls
  • Storage: Concealed compartment beneath removable lid

A Dragon Guarding the Crypt

The little dragon gives the box much of its personality. Instead of standing in a fierce pose, it curls across the roof as though it has claimed the battlements as its own resting place, turning the darker architecture beneath it into part of the creature’s territory.

That contrast between relaxed dragon and skull-lined crypt keeps the piece atmospheric without making it feel too severe. The green scales draw the eye first, while the darker stonework and tiny skull details reward a closer look underneath.

A Hidden Compartment Beneath the Battlements

Lift away the roof section and the miniature fortress becomes a practical hiding place for jewellery, crystals, tokens or other small keepsakes. Closed again, the compartment disappears into the architecture and the piece returns to looking like a complete dragon-and-crypt scene.

Warden of the Crypt belongs naturally amongst our Dragon Ornaments, while the concealed compartment connects directly with our Resin Boxes. The skull-lined battlements also sit comfortably beside our Skull Ornaments and the darker architecture found throughout Gargoyles, Grotesques and Horror.

Display and care

Lift the removable lid by the solid roof section rather than the dragon. Keep the compartment and stored items dry, and dust around the battlements, skulls and scales gently with a soft, dry brush.
