Twizzle Tumblethorne 31.6cm

Twizzle Tumblethorne Mushroom Ornament

A purple mushroom curls into a loop at its tip, giving Twizzle Tumblethorne an unmistakably whimsical shape. The broad cap shades a pale, twisting stem, with little rocks and greenery gathered around the foot.

Cast in resin and hand-painted, the ornament has a rich purple-to-pink finish across the cap and fine ribbed detail beneath it. The stem bends gently as it rises, continuing the unusual movement of the top. A grassy green base anchors the tall shape, turning a simple mushroom into a little piece of fantasy woodland.

A Curl of Purple Woodland Whimsy

Twizzle’s looped tip is the detail that makes you look twice. It brings a playful, almost storybook flourish to a fairy display, especially beside more natural-looking toadstools. The purple cap adds a different colour to the familiar red-and-white mushroom theme, making the ornament a distinctive choice for someone who enjoys imaginative fungi and slightly unusual woodland décor.

Twizzle makes a colourful neighbour for Fairy Ornaments, while Mushroom T-Shirts continues the fungi theme in wearable art. Leafy figures from Green Man and Goddess suit the green woodland base.

An illustrated woodland scene from Art Prints makes a lovely backdrop to Twizzle’s curled mushroom shape.
