Silent Nightmares Rudi Skeleton Reindeer

Rudi keeps the bright red nose of a familiar Christmas reindeer, but everything beneath it has taken a much darker turn. Exposed ribs, pale leg bones and tiny skulls woven through the antlers give the little figure an unmistakably Silent Nightmares look.

Standing 10.7 cm tall, the hand-painted polyresin ornament uses darker recesses to pick out the shape of the bones and keep the compact four-legged form clear. Small black hooves ground the pale skeleton, while the branching antlers carry some of the finest detail, with miniature skull faces appearing between the points.

A Familiar Red Nose with a Macabre Twist

The glowing-red look of the nose makes the Christmas reference immediate, even before the skeletal body comes into focus. That contrast gives Rudi much of his humour, keeping one of the most cheerful reindeer details while replacing the rest with bone.

The tiny skulls around the antlers take the idea a little further. They are easy to miss from a distance, but up close they give the figure another layer of dark detail beyond the exposed ribs and legs.

A Little Reindeer for the Darker Side of Christmas

Rudi is small enough to sit easily beside the larger Silent Nightmares characters, where the four-legged shape adds some variety amongst the standing skeletons and hooded reapers. The red nose also gives the display a bright focal point without losing the black-and-bone character of the range.

Rudi belongs naturally amongst our Christmas Ornaments, while his animal form connects with the creatures in our Animal Ornaments. The exposed bones fit directly alongside our Reapers and Skeleton Ornaments, with Skull Ornaments echoing the miniature faces hidden amongst his antlers.
