Molten Glass on Wood - Vase

Molten Glass Vase on Natural Gamal Wood

Bring sculptural glass and raw natural timber together with this Molten Glass Vase on Wood. Recycled glass is hand-blown and formed while hot over a naturally shaped gamal wood base, allowing the glass to settle around the timber’s individual curves as it cools.

Standing approximately 28cm high, this taller design has enough presence to work as a statement piece on a sideboard, console table or larger shelf. Use it with cut flowers, dried stems, air plants or a simple natural arrangement, or leave it empty and let the contrast between clear glass and rugged wood take centre stage.

• Overall dimensions: approximately 15.5 × 22 × 28 cm
• Net weight: approximately 1.1 kg
• Hand-blown recycled glass
• Natural gamal wood base
• Glass shaped directly over the individual wood form
• Suitable for flowers, air plants and decorative arrangements
• Each piece varies naturally in shape, grain and glass contour

A Taller Statement Piece with Natural Artisan Character

The wood does more than support the vase - it helps create its final form. As the softened glass settles over the timber, it follows the ridges, dips and irregular contours beneath it, so every finished piece develops its own individual profile.

The taller shape gives this version a more sculptural feel than the smaller bowls in the range, while the clear glass keeps it versatile enough for relaxed boho, rustic and eclectic interiors. It works particularly well where natural materials and atmospheric décor are already part of the room.
